All I can say is wow! I had to go back to the vending machine for a second one.
These things are a delicious inferno of goodness. Great with Dr Pepper.

Great potato chips, not the best. Those have been available around me for years. Everyone stocks them. You should check out their other flavours as well.

That is totally awesome! I'm all about that prawn cocktail, but do they have a chip in, say, a mustard sardine?

The only potato chips even vaguely worth eating are those cooked in LARD!!

Yep, lard.

Does no one eat pork rinds? People here in canada look at me funny when I mention them but they're in every bodega whenever I go down south.

Why would anyone even consider putting that disgusting crud into their body?

dude, you should have seen the pork rinds in the open air market in Mexico.
friggin giant sides of pork skin fried in deep fryers and drippin with grease.
probably more BTUs in that thing than a cord of cured wood.

These are without doubt the best crisps I have had (much better than Walkers):

As the days wane on <cue sad fireside harmonica music> I eat less and less of these crunchy things, but still crave them ...

But ... I still scout out and try new and improved schnacks of every sort - new flavor - that's me .... hehe - am well known to be following people out of the store and ... and ... EERRRTT!! --- OMG - it comes in sea salt, FRESH cracked black pepper (hehe - fresh) and garlic chips --- oh man - Im so in for trying them!!!!

Have hit a couple of stinkers though doing that, must say Doritos put out this mystery black bag of "You guess it" kinda contest chips or something last year and I, a hardcore crunchy specialist, tossed them. Ick - patoo.

hehe Canada always had some better stuff than what we had here - I had Dill pickle chips there in the 80's and brought back 5 huge bags of the stuff home - where we (New York) didn't have that stuff for another nearly 10 years. I always scout out new and different foods (doesn't have to be snack stuff either) when I'm in a different area - it's fun.

with tobasco. Two of them ... OK maybe 4 of them taste good. After that - yer on yer own.

and now that I have the podium and talking weird snacks, etc ....

Good. Let's talk pickled ham hocks. Yep done them - except I basically, expertly, cut out the actual hammy portions and left the extraneous skin and fat and other things on the paper plate. Only had a couple of them in my lifetime.

Better. Pickled eggs - the kind the bars order that come in like a 10 gallon jar. YUM!! as you witness the sediment swirling up from the bottom of that jar ..... oh ew - BRING IT ON!!! Smelly little hardboiled boogers that really don't taste too bad actually - highly pickley tasting - and of course that few drops of tabasco on the slice is good. Note however. There's no amount of rolaids, Tums or other antacids that will combat the aftermath other than ... passing gas. Pickled eggs are pure evil.

Best. Pickled snausages served at out of the way Mom and Pops joints - the kind that when the bartender opens the 10 gallon jar of swirly snausages (normally regulars will order a combo of the eggs and snausages) - some people will complain of the smell - and so the bartender picks out one snausage with long tongs and deposits on your fancy flimsy paper plate and plops some generic brown mustard down in front of you. Fine dining - I tell you. It tastes quite good with that beer ... however ... these too have lasting aftereffects ...

Horrible nasty putrid things ... yet still ................

We don't get good potato crisps here :(
One company has 80% of the market with two flavours: plain, and paprika. Neither is very good at all.

They're crap here as well. Oh well, I'm off to London next week so I can stock up while I'm there. Probably.

Hell yeah- if they had it then William Barret Travis would have drawn his line in the sand and said
"ok- last one over the line has to go pick up more DP." They all would have drank some and spat
peanuts into the mezkin's eyes and won the battle.

+1. I can't recall specifically what it was about them, but I do remember them by the packaging and the fat that I didn't like them much.
