I am putting together a new bike.
Im stuck between a Soma Rush or a Pake CrMo
I have a Pake crank already from my previous build and I am gonna used that on this new one?

Which frame is better? the Soma weighs 4lbs how much is the Pake?

thanks

isn't the pake a threaded 1"er? why why why would you want that?

I think they're both made of the same basic 4130 and they are both constructed by TIG welding...It really just comes down to which geometry you prefer

Pake is set up for threadless 1" steerers. The Rush can take either if it's 1". Even if it was 1" threaded, what's wrong with that?

Not even close. The main triangle of the Soma is made of Tange Prestige heat-treated CrMo steel, with a butted chromo rear triangle. The Pake is generic straight guage chromo. Go with the Rush...its a lighter, better frame, made from better materials.

as mihlbach says the rush is way better. my friends pake has a very dead feeling ride...
