While installing my new BL36 Wilderness Energy kit, I noticed that the lights on the Controller and Thumb Throttle remain on, regardless of the position of the Controller "ON/OFF" switch, is this normal? I assumed that with the switch in the "OFF" position that no power would be getting to the throttle and therefore no lights would be on. If any of you BL36 owner's care to chime in I would appreciate it. By the way, when I plug the battery pack in I get the proper light sequence; Red light on indicating power is getting to the controller and Green steady blink indicating all connections are correct. Thanks
