Cyclocross - Campy V-Brake help

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Has anyone ever used the Campy mini-V, or any mini for that matter? http://www.campagnolo.com/jsp/en/groupsetdetail/item_freniVELcantilever_catid_1.jsp
I've heard some say that you can use the Ergo levers and some say no.

Go to the page in your link, and click on the instruction document link. (a PDF file).
Read it and you find it states they must be used *only* with the Ergopower *FB* (Flat Bar), controls.
And if you pull up the PDF of specifications, you find there are two different versions of the FB controls: One version for caliper brakes, and one version for linear-pull cantilever brakes.
