Hey, I have a question on training for the STP (2 day 200mile ride). I am an avid mountain biker so this will be a new experience for me. I know I will have to get a new bike and was wondering if you could share some tips on buying a street bike. Also what would be a good plan for training and I am guessing I should start now in order to be ready by July 2009. Any other advice you want to send along would be appreciated, since none of my friends are into biking.
