This is my first season racing track, and I love it. I currently have a stock pista wheelset, (bianchi hubs, db wheelman spokes, alex at400 rim). They seem to do the job fine, and are a lot lighter than I expexted but, would like to upgrade now.
What would be a good hub recommendation. dura ace, suzue, michie? What is better a low flange or high flange.
Also what is a rim recommendation. I was thinking velocity aerohead or maybe something deeper. I only do sprint races so dont know if aero is as important. could someone give me a little heads up on how important aero is during sprint matches.
thanks i know i'm a newb

Very important especially for your 200. The difference between what you have and what you'll get without getting real aero wheels isn't that much though.

Aero is important. I think your two choices would be something like off the shelf (non carbon) with Campag Pistas, or off-shelf/custom with deep carbons.
By deep carbon I'd think 50mm with be a minimum, and 80+ mm better. Cane Creek do some 80mm track wheels, though I have no idea as to the performance of them. I personally use 83mm X-treme Blade rims laced on aerolite spokes and high flange track hubs. They are pretty nice.
Carbon/non-carbon really depends on your budget, the type of surface you are racing on, indoor/outdoor and whether they will be your sole set of wheel or a race only set.
