Ok so I am thinking of moving away from tubulars...if I can sell my wheels I will and buy something else. So up for sale are the wheels off my Merckx.
The build is 32 double butted spokes with Campy Chorus (06) hubs front and rear (campy freehub). Front rim is a Sun M19A-II with a Tufo S33 Special mounted. Rear is a Velocity Escape rim with Vittoria Corsa EVO CX mounted. Also included will be a Velocity Escape rim and 32 double spokes (and brass nips) to make the wheels match....this is new and never built. Also, also included will be a brand new never mounted (but has been dry mounted on an old rim for a year now) Vittoria Corsa EVO CX tubular tire. Also also also included is a tubular spare bag so you can carry that spare tubular in case you flat.
The rear (including tire) has about 1k miles on it and the front (including tire) is closer to 2k. Hubs spin super smooth just like every Campy hub. Great durable wheels again I am just looking to move to clinchers.
