This question is for all you Americans out there. I was listening to one of my favourite bands last night on cd - The Fun Lovin' Criminals. In one of their songs they sing "I have a supermodel on my D " I have heard this "D"-thing before and guess it is a Americanism of some sort, but what does it mean or refer to.
