cats paw is on the east side of the park, nearest to 72nd and 5th Ave.
If you enter the park there on bike make a right and theres a little hill you go up, you will see all the cylists.

Parking is hit or miss on the street but there are garages everywhere.
You can usually warm up on the course prior to the races, the park drive is never closed so you will see other cyclists and runners, etc. I always warm up on the course.
Not that you need to be reminded of the because the bronx im sure is no different but read the signs carefully if you find a spot on the street
