My bike SLAMMED onto the floor, and my grips have built in bar ends, which on one side ripped from my grips and have got stuck inside my bar, they havn't gone straight in but are at more of an angle, does anyone know how i could get this barend out???
(and if you get confused with like other bikes bar ends (i don't know if they are different) mine are BMX bars and barends)

Can you drill a screw into it and pull it out?

Can you get the other one out, thread a flexible rod right through the bars and tap it out with a hammer?

Stick an airhose in the other end, with some rags for "caulking" and just blow it out.

I guess this is why bar end buttons are a good idea even for capped grips. I've heard of doing it that way but never really saw the need. Now I see why.
