Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Dear friends,
I am Vietmese, I have a pretty old bicycle and I plan to buy a new one. However, I am not sure what size of the frame I should have. I am 68 kg at weight. 172 cm hight. If possible please give instruction for appropriate bicycle for road cycling. Thank you very much. Yellowsand

You really should get fitted at a bike shop, but checkout Colorado Cyclist at http://www.coloradocyclist.com/bikefit/ for more on finding out in general what your size is.
BTW, this really should be in the road bike thread, not introductions.

Hello yellowsand, what bike do you currently have? Do you have photos? If it fits you, we can make an educated guess based on the appearance.
