I was thinking about Dutchy's nohands riding thread while sitting on
the rollers being bored this morning. Up till now I could
ride briefly no hands but holding onto counter next to me for support
(and only for brief periods at that). So today I let go.
Rode about 1/2 hour without holding bars, at least half of that
without holding on to anything.
the secret? I haven't got a clue, I just did it, just sat up dropped
my arms by my side and continued pedaling.
I am so chuffed.
