All but the smallest size of that bike - 43cm come with 700C wheels - these will not fit the tire you posted. The smallest size 1.2 WSD comes with 650C tires and they will fit on the rim - might not fit in the frame or under the brakes, though. Every manufacturer makes tires a little bit different - I have a road bike I have used 700 X 28 c tires from one manufacturer with fenders, and did not fit 700 X 28 c tires from another manufacturer without fenders.

Thank you for the prompt response. The frame is the smallest size (43 cm w/the 650c wheels). I want wider (the widest) tires for it.

I would love to hear from someone w/the size frame.
