measure the thickness of a typical cone wrench for me. I'm sitting here at work, bored to tears. The big ol waterjet is idle and I've decided to whip myself up a nice set of cone wrenches.

I put the calipers on both Park's and Pedro's cone wrenches. They were about 3/32" thick. Sorry I don't have metric calipers.

Good enough for guberment work. Got some nice 0.075" steel plating off the shears kicking about. Now I've got to go noodle off some fancy Autocad patterns.

A second measure makes it closer to 5/64"
Park Tool cone wrenches = 2mm.

I don't know which hubs you'll be working on but on my Campy hubs, I can only use Campy wrenches which are a bit thinner than Parks' or Pedro's.
How fast can you cut one out on a waterjet?
