Hey everyone, how's it going. Ever wanted to express how much you love by owning a bike chain keychain? Well, NOW YOU CAN :D with PRYDE CHAIN-WORKS keychains. They come in a wide variety of colours, and can hold 30 + pounds. (Caribiner rated for 50 pounds). Great... but what chain is it made from? SRAM, Shimano, Wipperman, Taya? What speed-compatible/width are they? In other words, can I reuse the links from it to repair a snapped chain on my bike? Also, does it come with a PowerLink? ;)

It is universal chain and YES, pins will fit etc...great if you break a chain on that ride!!

Chains aren't exactly universal. 6/7/8 and 9 and 10 speed chains are different widths and aren't really compatible.

i meant it doesnt have a brand name (universal)....if it were to use "special" chain it would cost a load
