I am looking for some headphones for my ipod. The thing is I am wondering do they make one that is mono and only has one earpiece? When I ride I hate having to use one and let the other one hang and you can tell when some parts of the song are coming out of the other earpiece.

Thanks

I just cut one off mine and it worked fine. Used it in the right ear. The ones I like I used to get for $6 at CVS 'cause they're cheap but they give me plenty of volume. Now I have to buy them online at Amazon. I bought 2 types, can't find the other but these work well too.

I believe if you take a stereo to mono adapter and then plug in your earphones, then you can let the spare one dangle, since both sides should be getting the same signal. Then away you go...

That way you still have functional stereo earphones too.

I was about to recommend my studio headphones until I realized you were just looking for one to ride in your ear.

+1 There is no headphone suitable for that.
