It means Siu was here.

The words mean nothing...but as a symbol I dont think I could explain.

As the creator of the image from whence the avatar came, I say it means Northern California. The image is a road leading up the local Mount Diablo, and the flower is a half-assed rendering of a poppy, which you'll see a lot of while climbing Diablo, or pretty much anywhere in the greater Bay area.

As you can see, the happiness increases when Siu's Avatar is seen in a given thread, but only up to a certain point. After that point, the happiness holds steady until a given point which dramatically decreases the happiness after the realization that Siu is only there because she is mad at you.
