I did a similar program with a local car club when I got my first rear wheel drive car. "Driver's Ed" teaches you how to operate the car. This course teaches you how to drive and react properly (panic stops, loss of traction, steering away from the accident, etc)

Be carefull, somebody even created a web site with the dead girl's name.net addr. They have some "uncensored video" (appears to be the original news clip) that prompts you to download a codec. The codec is a virus. My AV spotted it.
