Exceptional customer service, especially from Michael(online sales). I took advantage of their 15% discount on first time orders along with free ground shipping. Called me the following day to tell me that the 3TTT forgie handlebar(44cm) wasn't available, settled for a 42cm which worked out even better for me. I even ordered the wrong BB and had no problems returning the BB which was followed by an immediate refund the same day it was received.
