im not sure doesnt look fake to me but whats that black spray paint on the dahon sign hmmm.

It's a Dragon pattern, not a spray paint from my perception.

I bought the 2007 Courser from that seller before. He's trustworthy and it is indeed a chinese model Dahon. I didn't keep the bike for long as I prefered the Vitesse I bought elsewhere.
