Just thought that some of you who don't have a e-mail capable phone or regular internet access might appreciate this info. Could be extremely useful if you are willing to use blogging sites like Blogger which uses e-mail from certain addresses to post to the corresponding blogs.
I was surfing around on engadget and found a article on something called "Peek". This gadget will be released in Target on September 15 for about $100. There is no contract on the e-mailing service and it cost about $20 a month for the services.
If you are concerned about not being able to includes pictures in your blog, you could bring along a digital camera and upload these images when you do have access to a computer. Might be cheaper than buying a all in one gadget and you wouldn't have to be saddled with a contract with most smartphone that can serve similiar service. The Peek uses T-Mobile network. and allows you to connect up to 3 major e-mail account.
