I have an older Giant Sedona mountain bike that I just love. It is a big 22" frame but does not have a suspension fork. I really want to keep the bike, but don't know if it is worth it. Should I add a new fork or would it be better to just get a new bike? It has a threaded tube (I don't know the diameter) and older style V brakes. What company makes a fork that will fit this bike? Is this something that I can install myself or should I have my local bike shop do it (Naults in Nashua and Manchester NH; a great shop)?

Well basically what can you afford., how much of the folding stuff do you have to spend ?. you can get suspension forks to fit your bike with a threaded steerer, but they tend to be at the bottom of the range ! :)
