I already posted this in the MTB section - I'm looking for ideas on where to ride from Vegas on a day trip. I'll be there in November. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to rent and where to ride. I'm looking for some great scenery.
thanks
Bob

Hi Bob
Check out Mcghies - they have a great selection and even deliver the bikes to you. http://mcghies.com/
The Red Rock Scenic Loop is your best bet for scenery........but the Valley of Fire is great too but a little ways outta town.

The loop itself is really short - only 13 miles. You will encounter some really good climbing the first 4 miles. There are some really good Mtn Biking Trails in the vicinity but you will have to call Mcghies for more info. Also Boulder City has a great Mtn Biking community packed with trails.
This is an old thread of Red Rock
