1) A raging hangover.
2) The lingering taste of vomit in my mouth from my commute in to work.
3) to ride 30 miles back home after work.
Tips for getting rid of this hangover ASAP?

don't drink is a good tip for those with hindsight. Foresight is what I need.
riding always helped me (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=398700).
if that didn't do the trick, you can try the scottish cure:
2 bacon rolls and a can of irn brew. the theory is if that you can survive that, you'll be fine.
otherwise, drink lots of coke, and if it's really bad, get some hair of the dog.

Drop two of these into a glass of gatorade. Or two beers at lunch should make you feel better. Really.

Well then, in that context, don't drink. I noticed that I quit having hangovers immediately.

otherwise, drink lots of coke,
+1. Got everything you need, liquid, carbs, and the caffeine helps with the headache.
And ask yourself What would Jacque Anquetil do?
Ride it off. Drink more tonight. HTFU
Just kidding, quit drinking.

I'm seriously hoping so. Riding into the city this morning was a mental battle.

Friend of mine swears by the Emend recovery drink for hangover recovery. Didn't help me much.
Anheiser Busch has a new product you might find at a quick-e-mart just for hangovers, the name escapes me but it's a can a little larger than a red bull. Only like 10 cal, worth a shot.
You need four things. Water, ibuprofen (no tylenol - after alchohol Acetomenophin eats your liver), coffee (or coke) and time.
Burger fries and coke always helps.

i've always found gatorade and sex to be a good hangover cure. the order of the two isn't of concern.

Wait I don't get the coke thing, or more precisely caffeine. Hangover and headache that goes with it is caused by dehydration. Won't consuming caffeine makes it worse?

Big fatty greasy lunch. With soda. Lots of water all day. Ride it home, have a beer (or better yet, a bong hit) with dinner and a good sleep. Good as new tomorrow.

From WebMD:
How Does Caffeine Treat Headaches?
Caffeine is a common ingredient in many prescription and over-the-counter headache medications (see list below). Caffeine additives make pain relievers 40% more effective in treating headaches. Caffeine also helps the body absorb headache medications more quickly, bringing faster relief. By adding caffeine and, in turn, taking less medication, you can reduce the risk for potential side effects and possible drug addiction.
And as for the dehydration, Coke is hydrating. Caffeine is only a mild diuretic, and the fluid more than makes up for that. Notice that riders in the TDF drink coke on occassion. If it was dehydrating, I don't think they would do so.

Too bad you can't get back some of those 250,000 brain cells you flushed down the toilet this morning.

http://www.bikeradar.com/road/fitness/article/nutrition-caffeine-and-hydration-16726VERY mild at that. What people don't realize when they say the dehydration thing due to peeing is the equivalent amount of water, equal to 2-3 cups of coffee will ALSO make you pee pretty much the same amount anyway. Heck, have a coke, a cup of coffee and several cups of water and you'll be fine.
There are many people with persistent migraine headaches or fibromyalgia who find that coffee is a very effective pain-reliever.

A bottle of the purple flavored Glaceau Vitamin Water stuff works great. Now if you want to prevent a hangover, drink the yellow bottle before going to bed.

Honestly, the problem isn't that you got drunk. It's that you got sober.
