We moved into our "new" place on January 1st. So, Chirstmas was all for the kids.
Well, Coleen (my lovely bride) suprised me with a new Olympic weight bench! Well, that thing sat instorage until Monday. So now its set up and she and I did our first resistance session on it last night. It felt good to go get back on the "heavy horse."
