but not getting any responses. I'm interested in purchasing a kit and have some questions. That's probably stopping me from buying it right now.

How are you contacting them? I've sent them three to four emails through the "Contact Us" link on the homepage and gotten responses the next day - within the last 3 days.

Okay, went to their site and was gonna send questions via the comment box in their Contact Us page, but then I saw that they have a new e-mail address for inquiries. The first time I e-mailed AB I did get a speedy reply but then after that no replies. I guess I was using the old e-mail address...but still that sorta irked me.

I have a kit on order with AB, hopefully shipping soon. Have contacted them several time for an order update and always got a response with 1-2 days. I know they just went to a new website with may have been the prob, bad email link etc.
Given Dan has his other full time biz to run and AB as his hobby I have to cut him some slack, expect he is doing 16hr days now with the e-bike explosion going on right now.

For what it's worth, I used the inquirey form on their website, and got a response the following day.
