Hi everyone!...Have just come back to cycling after many years absence. I am hoping to lose some weight and get to some level of fitness again. I have recently purchased a Kalkhoff Agattu electrically assisted bike, Pedelec only, they do not have a throttle. The serious stuff starts next Monday when I start commuting to work and back. I think it's about 11 miles round trip, so should be testing enough for someone like me, and providing I can keep my resolve, it should do the trick.

Hi East! Thanks for communication, sorry to have been so long in replying. I have just been so busy of late, guess it's like that for all of us sometimes. Have started my commute to work, it is a bit "hairy" amongst all the traffic, but there are a few bus lanes that I use. With Bristol getting awarded 1st cycling city status, perhaps we can look forward to a few more in this town. Will be in touch from time to time, 'Bye for now :thumb:
