Thinking about the Sidi Dominator 4 vs the Shimano SH-M221. Anyone have any experiences with these? Thoughts appreciated. Thanks!

i wear diadora chilis. i like lace-and-velcro closure for cyclosross. velcro alone never holds for long in the deep mud.

I have Shimano carbon sole shoes. My friend wears SIDI's and both hold up under all conditions just fine

My feet won't fit right in just any cycling shoe. Cycling shoes seem more precisely tailored than other shoes. Probably should try some on at your lbs if you haven't already.

My Carnac Legends are perfect.

no contest SIDI shoes are the most comfortable biking shoes out there... i've tried them all over the last 14 years nike, diadora, shimano, blah blah blah... for the last 4 years i've used Sidi exclusively and am very happy with them. i use dominators for mtn and genius for rd.
