I don't own a tandem, but I live in Utah. I like to ride along the Provo River Parkway (particularly the part up in Provo Canyon) and I like to ride at Sundance Ski Resort (where you ride the chairlift up with your bike and get to bomb down!).

I've been lusting after a tandem. (I think my wife will let me buy one.... The real question is will she ride with me.

Concerning a tandem, we ride a 1999 (Purpleen) Cannondale RT3000. We ride in central Illinois but have been to two RAGBRAIs and one CANDISC on it. We've ridden around Virginia's Williamsburg and Yorktown area extensively. Now we're getting to know the rural areas of Illinois.

We've ridden the tandem for a little over two years now.

We both have singles too.
