Which should I do?
The Lewis Grizzard Ride (http://cowetaferst.org/lewis-grizzard.pdf) is awesome. Great scenery on low traffic country roads. I rode it in 2000 and 2003. :thumb:

I did the Tony Serrano Ride (http://www.active.com/page/Event_Details.htm?event_id=1625187&assetId=ffe4a518-601e-4ab4-9621-6dffc32ee420) the first year they held it (2004), less than two months after Tony was killed. In 2005 they moved it to rural Walton and Morgan counties. The drive from my house isn't that far but it seemed like 100 miles. I left the house at 6:30 a.m. and got there just before the ride started. :o

The Saul Raisin Ride (http://www.saulraisin.com/) is also on this weekend. Don't know much about it but the riding around Dalton is great and it sounds like a fun weekend.

I'm sure I'll discover a few more rides before I finally decide on which ride to do. :o

Hmmm ... I may do the Tony Serrano ride instead of a century I was planning to do in late October. I'm signing up for the UMCA's Larry Schwartz Challenge (http://www.ultracycling.com/standings/umc.html) for 2009, and am trying to get at least two centuries in between now and the end of the year (hopefully three or four). The one I was planning on starts in Watkinsville, and is late in the month. Thanks for passing these along. Of course we always have a lot of ride choices in Georgia.
