Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - In SF/SJ Area for Two Months

I'll be in the San Francisco/San Jose area for two months and my bike is being shipped out from Milwaukee tomorrow. SOOOOOO bike shops? fun spots? if anyone wants to meet up and ride around and show me the town let me know!

Hey Steven. I'm from SJ but I go to school in Berkeley so I won't be around as much. You should check out this group, http://www.sjfixed.org/forum/ seem like a really cool group of guys/gals. I just recently got into fixies when i'm up here in Berk so I never rode with them, they have group ride every Tuesday night, and theres also the Hellyer Velodrome which is a cool place to check out.

Los Gatos to see the doctors and lawyers ride their Serrota's and bikes worth more than your life all the way to the coffee shop.

Santa Cruz Mountains were a blast to ride in, I had a nice little out-and-back around Lexington Reservoir back when I was always up there for rowing.

Ride lots and enjoy the weather! I sure miss the 408.

The Tuesday Night Ride meets by the Event Center At San Jose State. There is a fountain there we all meet by.
