So I'm converting my custom road frame into a fixed gear bike. I do have a Sugino 75 track crank that I'd prefer to use if possible along with a rear wheel built around a White Ind. ENO hub.

Does it matter whether I use a track bottom bracket vs road BB? Is axle length (i.e. chainline) the only difference between the two? The bike won't see much wet weather; I just want something low maintenance so sealed BB would be preferable...I think?

The spindle length is different between track and road BB. But, you will need an ISO taper spindle for the Sugino 75 which means the Sugino 75, Sugino 68, or a Campagnolo BB (or some vintage options: TA, Gipiemme, OMAS, etc.). The closest sealed BB to the 109.5mm spindle of the 75 BB is a 111mm Campagnolo. You should be able to find the Veloce 111mm BB for around $30-40 and should get you close to a straight chainline if the Eno has a standard 42mm chainline.

there is more than one taper standard and axle width designed for
various track cranks. each cranks is designed to create
the correct chainline in combo with the taper and axle width
for the intended BB.
just make sure you get the correct bb for the cranks you are
usin.

looks like you will need a symmetric ISO 120mm bb for those cranks and chainline.

your Q will be a little wide.

Looks like a Sugino RD crank & Shimano 110 BB will give me 47.5 according to Sheldon Brown. Thanks.

thought you were using a 75, not a RD.

I do have a 75 now because initially I built a track bike. Once it was done I decided I'd use a road fixer more often. I was trying to find a way to make the 75 work but if I have to switch to an RD I will.
