This looks great. I am in the tentative camp, more out of my own financial situation than the offering. This groupbuy looks fantastic.

Patrick,
Prices look niiiice, except I have a campy question. I assume those prices are for 2009, 11sp. Any way you can get 2008/10sp for cheaper? Or, maybe 2009 Centaur level?

I prefer campy, but the price difference between SRAM Red and Chorus is insane (I know it's not YOUR fault)...

sorry i dont have any source for 10sp series any more..
Centaur price updated in both alu and carbon versions.

Great pricing Patrick...at some point shipping needs to be discussed when you are ready.

thanks

AMEN..

Late to the party but, are you doing the groupsets by themselves or only as part of a frameset purchase?

anyone worrying about patrick`s credibility can take my word for it, he`s very trustworthy. i`ve had a number of frames and parts from him, and everything has always been on the money. i had ONE problem with shipping and he replaced the frame no Qs asked - on another occasion he sent me a frame (one for my own use) even when i didn`t have the cash to pay him - he trusted me to pay him.

so, for whatever it`s worth, don`t worry about his credibility!

and don`t that black NEO look HOT???!!!

Subscribing, but I have a question. :p

When the time comes, will the easton wheels be obtainable with different hubs, or will they be standard with the taller shimano 10 speed hub profile?
Not too big a deal if you run a shimano cassette, but moreso if anyone would use a complete sram group (or specifically cassette).

Did we ever hear about buying just groupsets?
And is there any way we could get gigantex rims laced to decent hubs with CX-Ray spokes for a reasonable price, or is that just too much to ask?

1. Is there enough frame and fork clearance for 25 or 28 mm tires?
2. In a prior thread you discussed substituting some Rival parts with Microshift. Is the current offering full Rival? The 2009 Rival looks very nice.

1. I'm afraid not..
2. yes full Rival. Microshift levers are not friendly with larger hands..

This is nitpicking and a minor issue, but the more I look, the more the typeface used for the 'Exile' on the top tube looks weird to me. Would you consider switching that, or not putting it on as an option?

are you talking about the "Exile" font?
I've tried many and this is one I'm happy with..
unless you can find me a better one, I think I'll stick with the current version for now.

I see that you are trying to build a brand, perhaps, with the Neo and Exile....

But - and I may speak for others - what are the possibilities of playing down the logo some?

Could the black bike have a black logo, and the white have a white or grey logo? Something that still lets you get the name out - but keeps it modest for those that aren't into the stark logo placement....

Have you seen Specialized, Cannondale, et al lately? This in comparison is very tastefully done.
