I posted a similar thread in 50+ but I think it fits better here. I had been having problems with a slight squeek/click from my FSA crank for a while. I would retorque it and it would be better for a while and then do it again. I called FSA and was totally impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful the person was who talked with me. He told me what parts I needed and how to install them. I told him I would probably ruin the keeper nut during disassembly and he said he would send me that too. I told him my crank was out of warranty and he said there would be no charge. I received the parts in just a few days with a good set of written instructions. In my opinion, thats the way to treat customers.
