Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm not new to cycling but I've been out of the loop for about six years. six years ago I was into mtn biking and I had a custom Cannondale Super-V that I pretty much had to make bomb proof because I liked to ride hard and I'm clydesdale to boot. Fast forward six years and about 50 lbs and I find myself dropping weight and wanting to start riding again. I'm gonna start commuting to work as soon as I build some stamina and drop a few more lbs. I have an old Cdale hardtail on a trainer now to get my stamina back.
I'm gonna weigh in at around 300#'s when I start my commute and I'm gonna get another bike because my old trusty Cdale hardtail isn't that comfortable. I haven't been to my local LBS yet but I'm planning on sticking with Cannodale unless swayed by the trusted people at my LBS or perhaps the comfort of another brand. I'm probly gonna go for a hybrid. That's it for now. :thumb:
