I am looking at both the Look A5.1 and the Time Impact "S".

The time is 340 g and the look is 380g.

On ebay the Look is $108 and the Time is $89

I am looking for pedals that I can both train on and race on, and will not brake the bank.

Any suggestions???????

I just (last night as a matter of fact) got a set of 5.1's from Ebay and they look cool. I haven't mounted them yet, so I can't say much about the performance but it depends on what you want them for.

Also, are your shoes compatible with both systems?

I like the Look because of the tradition, etc. but I'm no expert.

I just bought a set of the Times off ebay. Haven't ridden them on the road yet, but they lock in a hell of a lot better than the Look's did (A3.1s) plus they're easier to walk in. New Time cleats fit onto the Look 3 bolt pattern now.
