They've got the PC1090R, PC1090, and PC1070 -- can't figure out what the differences are... My local Performance has some of them, and hoping to pick up a new chain and cassette tonight, but unsure if it makes a difference which chain. I definitely want the connecting pin, but from what I can see all three have it anyways. Anything anyone can provide would be appreciated. Thx in advance. Matt

As far as I know the 1090R and 1090 are nearly identical. There is a miniscule weight savings with the 1090R vs. the 1090. The 1070 uses a different plating on the inner plates and is heavier. All use hollow pin construction and all use the Power Lock quick link to close. If you're riding competitively get the 1090R. Riding club rides or recreation get the 1090 or even the 1070. Depends on your wallet I suppose.
