whats up everyone? i recently built a fixie out of a old Jeunet Franche-Comte i found in my garage and im looking to replace the bottom bracket with a newer one i want to upgrade the whole crank set up but idk what the thread is due to the bike being a french built bike. does anyone have any info on the thread or any suggested bottom brackets anything is appreciated

phil wood makes a (kinda pricey) french-threaded bottom bracket.
otherwise, go to your shop and get french-threaded cups, and go cup & cone.

i might go with the phil wood but they r kinda pricey thanks
don't waste phil money on a jeunet. repack it, find something used and cheap or get a new frame.

find a good used bike store--- unless youra ferocious rider-- find something original--- if i had the money and wanted a sleeper get the phil..........................

i tried to reused original but those dam cotters suck so i wanna upgrade it all and just get a square taper
