I've found some frass around the house and thinking about having a termite control company come out here and inspect it. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm OC, but I'm sure there are many that serve there and the surrounding counties.

Thanks.

I'm not from the area. However, I can say read up on Termidor Vs. Sentricon which are the two competing treatment methods. For the most part, exterminator services will affiliate with one or the other. Each will be able to convince you that theirs is best, so have an opinion going in.

So far I'm reading that Termidor a bit more effective (anecdotal only) and a bit more expensive. Sentricon is a "bait" type system and might take longer to be effective, but less invasive. Thanks.

If you're in L.A. I recommend Jon Chi at Top Termite 800-953-8677 .

He's prompt, straight shooter, nice guy, gave a fair price, and his crew was good. He was recommended to me by a couple of independent sources.
