I decided to do a bike ride of a thousand miles for the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America . The ride I hope will generate donations maybe even inspire a yearly much shorter event to help find a cure for Crohns Disease. My other intention is to use whatever media attention I can get from the ride to voice the dangers that cycling commuters face on a daily basis because of the lack of safe cycling lanes in San Antonio. The only problem that I am having in accomplishing this goal is sponsorship for equipment and a bike. If anybody has any ideas on how I can obtain sponsorship feel free to contact me.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I have thought about doing something like that.....but I have no idea about getting sponsorship. But I do have Chron's disease....... One reason why I went out and got a recumbent bike, because my gut won't take riding a regular bike anymore..
