Well i'm 35 now and looking to shed the padding on my muscles since I haven't lived in the brisk weather of winter New York for a long time now. I figured cycling and commuting to work would work out great for me.
I'm looking at getting the Trek FX 7.5 or the 7.3 model. The travel to work is 13-14miles with varying degrees of hills.
I'm going to do alot of reading here to see if I can learn enough by October(my personal deadline) to make a purchasing decision that won't haunt me down the road.
Funny thing is that I'm getting back into my youth loves. Cycling (although it was BMX and Freestyle) and Skateboarding.
