Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I presently have a 10spd Ultegra setup (Sti shifters, chain and cassette) with a FC6503 crank from the older 9spd setup I used to have. If I replace the crank and BB with an FC6603, because of the outboard bearings are there going to be other issues to deal with (chain line, incompatible FD, etc.)? Thanks for any help.
But why do you want to replace it?
none whatsoever, I just installed a new ultegra 6600 am a tiagra on my bikes, chainline perfect and the outboard bearings are an improvement over my old screw in bb
