Hello, I am not a cyclist!
I love bikes, such simple elegant machines. I've had an old 60'ish Schwinn for years that I fell in love with when I was a kid. It had been sitting for years in the garage of a rented house I lived in as a child. I was so excited when the landlord said I could have it!
I have kids now and they are getting to bicycle age and I can't fathom spending big money on something we can build together. So I'm slowly learning, and buying frames to set them up.
I recently purchased a 74 super beetle and now my 6 year old son wants a chopper rat bike to match.
Good to meet you all, I look forward to harassing you guys relentlessly with my questions and theories.
