Found this bike for $650 new. Seems to fit right. Any thoughts onthe build and quality? Jamis seems to have a good rep. :)
Thanks

Don't do it  . You'll regret having dissimilar wheels later.
You can find a similar deal, in a similar size, with same sized wheels! Don't get me wrong, I like Jamis (I have a Jamis MTB), but they screwed the pooch with their "funny bike".

Examples of smaller framed bikes with two 700c wheels.

Why exactly would I regret it? Except for the 2 dif. tubes I would have to carry? Felt ok on the test ride.

If you ever wanted to upgrade parts, finding wheelsets would be tougher, finding 650c carbon forks would be tougher. Although many tri-bikes use 650c wheels typically they'd both be 650c. I'm not saying it's impossible to find 650c parts (you can find anything on the Internet), just harder since not every bike shop stocks that size.
