Recumbent - Any idea why Vision went out of business?

Thats too bad they went out of business. But that won't change my attitude toward them. I think they are one of the best recumbents ever built. From what I understand they were in business for a long time.

I'm sure there are a lot of reasons as to why they went out of business. But any clue as to what the main reason was? The Bush economy? The owner's wanted to move on to bigger and better things? What was the mitigating factor here? Any stories in the news about it?

Maybe because they are kinda ugly looking bikes.......
I don't know..... I just never liked the looks of them. I'm sure I didn't cause them to go out of business though.

They over extended themselfs, they had set up a new shop, bought new equipment and tooling for both the wheelchair and bike end of the company. Thats what I was told by a contact that used to work at ATP
