Just saying Howdy. I'm new to the forum and new to road bikes. Been riding a Mt. Bike for quite some time and decided to start doing some multi-sport events so I recently bought a Specialized Tarmac. Loving every minute so far. Looking forward to jumping in on the threads when I can.

best,
Randy

Be sure to do the Tour de Gruene in November. One of the best and oldest rally / race events in the state, and the Time Trial events are great for triathletes.

We live in Canyon Lake, there are many good rides in the area. Be sure to check out the www.bikemojo.com (http://www.bikemojo.com) forum as that is where the many local rides are posted. Go to bikemojo -->speak[top of page]-->NB ride . the local bike club very active and one of the best known in Texas 'camino real cycling club, they have their own web site.
