Hey y'all it's the Bee. So I finally got back in the saddle after my long weekend rides and rode on a Beginner Group Ride in Vinings. I was a little late - but the leader who works at the Bike Shop was kind enough to wait. The Slow Group - had just 3 of us. We rode off...and I recalled vividly my 67 mile ride Monday as we rode up some of the same streets we finished up on Monday! But after battling a few hills tonight - it was a relatively easy ride. Sure I was trying to keep up and make a good showing, but after 67 and 61 miles over the long weekend - jeesh a one hour plus ride is really quite pleasing.

So it was fun, Avg about 13.3-13.5 ish (18.01 Miles 1 hour 20 minutes 17 seconds ride time).

Afterwards I ran into someone form one of my earlier rides who asked if I was losing weight! Bless his heart! We went to Subway for dinner - and it was nice to meet someone new - and mingle with cyclists! I just love this world.

Ok - next up will be Ride 37 in Covington where I am leading the C Group ride on Saturday. Who's with me?

Mizz Bee, it would be my pleasure to ride with you. I enjoy all your write ups on your travels and travails! 13 or 14 mph I can handle(I think!). That would be two goals in one for me - to meet someone off the forum and my first group ride. I'm working this weekend on nights, but one of these days.......
