Mountain Biking - Backpack that can accomodate full face helmet?

Hi all,


I am on the market for a backpack. I am looking for something that can accomodate a full-face helmet, either internally (large enough) or ideally, externally, meaning that it has the straps in order to hang securely the helmet outside the backpack. Any ideas? So far i ve found nothing that will do the job.

All you need is something with a couple straps on it...cant be too hard to find.

Well i found a Dakine backpack that has a foldable fullface helmet holder, but it costs 110$. An outdoors store offered me to make a custom thing out of straps to attach it outside my normal backpack, via clipons.

I would first find a backpack with some sort of hook-loop or a loop-clip like you might find on certain luggage. CamelBaks seem to have this feature. You can also use a carabiner to make the connection for a backpack with just a carry-handle. Then you either simply clip through the chin of the helmet or look for another bag such as maybe a bowling ball bag that will accomodate the helmet and you can attach it through that bag's handle.

Thanks khuon. So far i have a salomon lightweight backpack that wont do the job. I can pass a loop from the handle and strap it to the chinguard, however i need a bit more than that in order for the helmet not to bounce left and right, and unfortunately there are no places to place the rest of the straps on the lower part of my existing backpack.

Berghaus Nitro Bike backpack, it can hold any kind of helmet...even full facer....got it 20% cheaper as well...around 60$

I saw a pack in the current issue of BIKE that is designed to hold a full face helmet. If I remember to check tonight I can give you the product name.
