Looks pretty bright, easy to make and easy on the wallet...anyone try it? Any comments on it?

Looks like a very effective be seen light. I would consider decreasing the flash frequency to maybe 3 Hz so that it's not quite so annoying. I came across this (http://www.flightsafety.org/hf/hf_mar-apr04.pdf)article about the effects of light flicker.
