Am I right to assume I will need the following tools to remove my Campagnolo Bottom Bracket?
Park BBT-7 (http://www.parktool.com/products/detail.asp?cat=25&item=BBT-7)
Park HCW-4 (http://www.parktool.com/products/detail.asp?cat=25&item=HCW-4)
I just bought this frame and the bottom bracket is a little rough.
Also - anyone know the part number or model of this particular Campy BB?
Appreciate any input.

HCW-5 (Spanner wrench) and HCW-4 (pin-Spanner). Do not use much force on the pin spanner or you will break the pins.

Yeah, the pin-spanner is really only to make adjustments on the adjustable-cup. Once you loosen the lock-ring, the adjustable cup should be easy to spin.
Here's a tip on adjusting it on the installation, set the adjustment slightly tight so that the bearings feel gritty (about 5-10 degrees more than perfectly-smooth). Then hold the adjustable cup in that position while you tighten the lock-ring. The lock-ring will actually push the cup outwards slightly and end up giving you perfectly smooth running BB. :)
